The official language of the 3rd International Scientific Conference “Intelligent Transport Systems: Ecology, Safety, Quality, Comfort” is English.
Each speaker is allocated 10 minutes. Presenters are advised to use up to 7 minutes for their presentation and approximately 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
The recommended file formats are PowerPoint (*.pptx) for slide presentations and MP4 (*.mp4) for pre-recorded video presentations.

As ITS ESQC 2026 provides online participation, presenters should follow the recommendations applicable to their participation format:
Online presenters should join the Zoom session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start.
Online participants should check their Internet connection, microphone, camera, and screen-sharing function in advance.
Make sure that the presentation is displayed correctly in Microsoft PowerPoint. All non-standard fonts should be embedded in the presentation file.
If the presentation contains video, audio, or animation, check in advance that all media files play correctly and are embedded in the presentation wherever possible.
Slides should be clearly legible on different screen sizes. Use sufficiently large fonts and high-quality figures, and avoid overloading slides with text or unnecessary graphical elements.
Montserrat Light, Calibri, Arial, and Times New Roman are recommended. If other fonts are used, they should be embedded in the presentation file.
Presenters should remain within the allocated speaking time and be ready to answer questions from the audience.
Authors submitting a video presentation are encouraged to record it with narration and slide timings. The video should not exceed 10 minutes and should be submitted in MP4 format.
Instructions for recording a PowerPoint presentation with narration and slide timings are available from Microsoft Support.
The conference will take place on 15–16 October 2026 at the National Transport University in Kyiv, Ukraine, with online participation available via Zoom.
